Executive Vice President, Chief Network Officer

As executive vice president and chief network officer, Brett oversees DentaQuest's Network division. He focuses on maximizing financial performance and quality outcomes of DentaQuest's client contracts and provider networks utilizing next gen insights obtained through data and analytics.

A transformational dental industry leader, Brett is accountable for strategic national network development, financial management, and competitive pricing, as well as data driven innovations through machine learning and artificial intelligence. He joined DentaQuest in 1998, and his experience, exceptional market insight and leadership abilities drive organizational growth and develop strong talent.

Brett earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History at Luther College in Iowa and a Master of Business Administration at Concordia University in Wisconsin. He is a past board member and former board president for Vision Forward, a Milwaukee-based non-profit that helps the blind and visually impaired. He lives in Bayside, Wisconsin with his wife Kathy and sons Eli and Cameron.
